It's a nice looking player with a great search-function that searches an entire drive or directory of your choice. BUGGY is based on XAudios dll, and written in Delphi3.

A big update is on the way. New features will be:
  • A full equalizer.
  • Better decoding engine. Fast!
  • Play URL.
  • ID3-tag editor with the whole genre list.
  • File info.

For the last few weeks I've been working with an official player for the site music4free.com. The best legal site I've ever seen.
Check it out. The player "4 MP3" will be released 29th of november, and you are the first ones to know.
 

FEATURES:

 

  • Plays MPx-files with XAudios decoder.
  • Search-function that searches an entire drive or directory (C:\ is default).
  • Playlist-builder.
  • Volume/balance.
  • VU-meter. I'm sorry to say it's not supported on all machines.
  • Visuals. Use them as screen-savers. Like the VU-meter not supported on all computers.
  • A different-looking GUI made without all the usual BMP-stuff. Just ordinary components.
  • List mode.
  • Seek possibility.
  • EQ. I hope it work on most computers. E-mail me if it doesn't.
  • Register MP3 and M3U (playlists).

FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS:

  • Pitch/speed change. (Not very useful,but fun).
